First talk to the NPC in Alberta [ 90, 62 ]
"[Quest] Port Manager"

After you talk to the "[Quest] Port Manager" you will need to deliver to the first crate

The picture below is the location and the picture where the First Crate is



After you deliver to the First Crate move back to "[Quest] Port Manager" and he will give you a reward and he will tell you to go to the Second Crate


Reward:  1 pcs Warp Free Ticket

After you deliver to the Second Crate move back to "[Quest] Port Manager" and he will give you a reward and he will tell you to go to the Third Crate


Reward:  5 pcs Orange Potion

After you deliver to the Third Crate move back to "[Quest] Port Manager" and he will give you a reward and he will tell you to go to the Fourth Crate 

Reward:  10 pcs Yellow Potion

After you deliver to the Fourth Crate move back to "[Quest] Port Manager" and he will give you a reward and he will tell you to go to the Fifth Crate 

Reward:  10 pcs White Potion

After you deliver to the Fifth Crate move back to "[Quest] Port Manager" and he will give you a reward



Reward:  10 pcs Blue Potion


After all the delivery is done. See the image below



You can take again the quest after 20 hours!
